Lessons enable and encourage children to extend their knowledge and appreciation of drama through self expression, team building, script reading and writing, role play, audition technique, monologue, mime, improvisation and performance.

 

At YTA, children are supported to experience a wide variety of drama genres and performance techniques such as physical theatre, characterisation, accent work and voice projection.

 

Classes are inclusive and are carefully planned and differentiated to suit children's ages and abilities. All children are given the opportunity to perform at showcases throughout the year.
